SHIATSU Therapy

Shiatsu  is a healing therapy from Japan that is based on ancient Chinese medical practices. Shiatsu massage Therapy is a biomechanical intervention with holistic approach focusing on the circulation of energy through the meridians. The Therapist applies pressure with his fingers, palms, elbows and knees using body leverage rather than force and both the giver and receiver are more relaxed.  The receiver wears loose clothing and oils are not used. Shiatsu is a natural therapy which can help relieve pain and stress, strengthen the body and normalize its functions, also been use as prevention of injury.

Penka Shiatsu Therapy includes Masunaga , Yamamoto , Ohashi and Tao Shiatsu styles; Integrated Raiki, Reflexology; Emotional Intelligence; Breathing techniques and Makahos yogic exercises;
