Age groups : from 5 years old to 12 years old

All materials for chess lessons will be provided

Seasonal membership: $ 90
Monthly membership:  $ 35

Beginner lessons: Thursdays 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm

MERIDIAN YOGA with THERAPEUTIC BALLS 

Combining my knowledge of shiatsu, meridians, acupressure points, and yoga, I will be introducing a new approach to releasing tension.

Saturday October 13th, from 1 pm to 2 pm

Fee: $20
