Tuesdays    from  6:00 pm  to  7:00 pm   

12 weeks $155 (tax included)

Summer yoga pass $195 including unlimited evening and mornings yoga classes

Combining my knowledge of shiatsu, meridians, acupressure points, and yoga, I will be introducing a new approach to releasing tension.

June 30, Saturday  from 10:00 am to 11:15 am 

September 8, Saturday from 10:00 am to 11:15 am
