Thursdays    6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Yoga from Hawaii – a combination of Ashtanga , Kriya and Hatha yoga. The sequence is inspired from mine Hawaiian yoga retreats.

Saturdays     10:00 am – 11:15 am
